So I have no need right now for a new truck but holy crap does this tickle me in all the right places
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
Its got raptor wheels and tires and the 5.4 V8. Does it have a lot of miles for only being 4 years old? Yes! Will the gas mileage suck? Absolutely! Do I care? Not a chance. It's basically exactly how I'd build an Expedition but it's already done

Those Raptor wheels/tires really setting it off.
However, that is a really old platform, I mean from 2003! That car is 4 years old, but 15 years old if you include how old that design is.
The new one is light years ahead, but vastly more expensive. But I had a 2004 Eddie Bauer back in the day, and I loved driving it. So much room, but still easy to drive and comfortable.

Yeah I don't mind the older platform especially when it looks so damn good lol and i think 2014 was the last year which means most if not all kinks should have been figured out. That said unfortunately it's just a dream. Maybe once I actually do get serious into buying a new truck the new platform will be cheap enough for me to throw raptor wheels and tires on it lol

Actually wasn’t redesigned until 2018, so last officially year for this generation was 2017.
But to be honest, this car is officially a 3rd gen, which started in 2006, but was heavily based on the 2nd gen, which came out in 2003. It really wasn’t a complete redesign between 2nd & 3rd gen, similar to the S197 Mustang between 2010 & 2011 when they did major exterior and interior refreshes but on the same platform.
Either way, I’d rock it, though I think it’s a bit pricey for the mileage and age.

i honestly thought the 2018 was just a midcycle refresh lol i thought when they started throwing the ecoboost motors and using aluminium bodies was when the new gen came out.
i did find this lifted 2017 but with the mount of miles on it i feel like that price is just to get people in the door. its also a base compared to the black limited which also probably explains the price lol

needs raptor wheels though

All I took from this is - there is an El Paso in Illinois?
Also, I agree on the Raptor rims.

Yup, the 2018 is where they went aluminum with a complete redesign, it’s a starship compared to the previous design. T hough they have been using Ecoboost since 2015 on the 3rd gen.

Heck year, me too. I loved my EB. However, the price is a bit high for that mileage. I would negotiated that a bit of course.
Later 5.4L was a lot better from that generation as well, should be a reliable car.
